CrewLogix
Terms of Use
Last updated: 5 August 2026
1. Operator, acceptance, and scope
These terms are issued by Ali Alaraibi, operator of the CrewLogix brand in the Kingdom of Bahrain. CrewLogix is used only as the platform brand name. Legal notices may be sent to legal@crewlogix.app.
These terms apply to the public website and each CrewLogix consumer, business, and technician feature that is actually made available. By creating an account, submitting a request or quotation, accepting an assignment, or otherwise using an enabled service, you agree to these terms and any clearly presented feature-specific terms.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must have legal capacity to use the service and must satisfy any role, age, licence, authority, country, verification, or organisational requirement shown for the enabled workflow. A person acting for a business confirms that they are authorised to bind or administer that business as applicable.
Provide accurate, current information; protect credentials and devices; use only roles and organisations you are authorised to access; and notify us of suspected misuse. Account availability, roles, and verification do not guarantee that every feature or service opportunity will be available.
3. Platform role
CrewLogix provides software for launch communications and, where enabled, for consumers, businesses, vendors, and technicians to create, quote, coordinate, dispatch, perform, document, and support service work. The parties performing or buying a service remain responsible for their agreements, statements, qualifications, personnel, tax, safety, and performance.
Unless expressly stated for a particular enabled service, CrewLogix is not the employer, agent, insurer, healthcare provider, emergency service, or guarantor of a consumer, business, vendor, or technician, and does not guarantee a request, quotation, assignment, outcome, payment, or user identity.
4. Requests and quotations
A consumer request describes desired work and is not itself an acceptance of a provider or a promise that work will occur. Information, availability, scope, price, timing, exclusions, permits, materials, and service terms should be checked before work begins.
A quotation is a proposal. An individual technician cannot directly accept or auto-assign a consumer request. The consumer selects a quotation before the implemented workflow assigns the work.
The selected provider and consumer are responsible for confirming the final scope and any permitted change. CrewLogix records only the states and information supported by the implemented workflow and may reject, pause, or remove abusive, unsafe, fraudulent, or unlawful activity.
5. Company and field workflows
Where enabled, an authorised business may receive or create work, assign or dispatch it to personnel recorded in its organisation, and monitor operational states. Field supports technician execution, evidence, status, route, on-duty availability, and communication only to the extent shown in the enabled product.
Businesses and technicians remain responsible for lawful employment or contractor arrangements, licences, permits, competence, supervision, equipment, site rules, safety procedures, and accurate work records. Users must not fabricate completion, arrival, location, customer, quotation, or evidence data.
6. Pricing, payment, taxes, and subscriptions
Prices, fees, commissions, payment methods, deposits, refunds, or billing steps apply only when an enabled workflow clearly presents them. A provider is responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of its quotation, charges, tax treatment, and any permitted off-platform payment arrangement.
CrewLogix does not claim that every payment is processed through the platform. Payment may be handled by a service participant or third-party provider under separate terms. A subscription or recurring charge applies only if a separately enabled offer clearly states its price, renewal, cancellation, and payment terms before purchase.
7. Content, acceptable use, safety, and location
You must not use CrewLogix to:
- break the law, violate another person’s rights, misrepresent identity or authority, bypass access controls, scrape or disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, or abuse another user;
- submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, discriminatory, threatening, unsafe, or unnecessary sensitive content; or
- falsify a request, quotation, credential, invoice, message, location, route, attendance event, work status, evidence, rating, complaint, or payment record.
You give CrewLogix the limited permission needed to host, copy, transmit, display, secure, and process content for the enabled service. Location and routing can be delayed or inaccurate; follow site rules and safe professional judgement, and contact local emergency services in an emergency.
8. Cancellations, disputes, and third parties
Cancellation, rescheduling, dispute, refund, or evidence rules apply only as shown for the relevant workflow or separately agreed between service participants. CrewLogix may provide records, reporting, support, or a communication path but is not required to decide every service dispute.
Third-party maps, identity, messaging, hosting, payment, app-store, or linked services may have their own terms, privacy notices, limits, and availability. CrewLogix is not responsible for a third party’s independent service except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Availability and country variation
Public pages may describe launch plans, a waitlist, staged rollouts, or features that are not yet enabled for every user. Features, roles, eligibility, language, service categories, pricing, integrations, and support can vary by country, account, platform, or release stage.
We may change, test, suspend, limit, or discontinue a feature for safety, security, law, maintenance, product quality, or operational reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent support for a roadmap item, or service in every location.
10. Suspension, termination, and deletion
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably needed to investigate security, fraud, unsafe conduct, legal obligations, account ownership, misuse, non-payment of an enabled charge, or a material breach. Where appropriate, we may request correction or verification before restoring access.
You may stop using the service and request account deletion through an available channel. Deletion does not cancel completed or active obligations and does not require immediate erasure of active work, another party’s records, invoices, dispute evidence, audit or security records, legal holds, or information that law requires us to retain.
11. Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by law, CrewLogix and its content are provided on an available and as-is basis. We do not warrant that every user, quotation, provider, result, map, route, estimate, message, integration, or record is complete, accurate, uninterrupted, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, each party is responsible for losses it causes and for taking reasonable steps to reduce avoidable loss. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, remedies, or mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or other liability that applicable law requires to remain.
12. Governing law and courts
These terms and non-contractual matters arising from them are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, without displacing mandatory protections that apply to a consumer or user under applicable law.
Subject to any mandatory right to use another forum or dispute process, the competent courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain have jurisdiction. The parties may first try in good faith to resolve a concern through legal@crewlogix.app.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the service, law, risk, or business model changes. The published version and date identify the current terms. Where reasonably required, we will present or communicate a material change before it takes effect for continued use.
Questions, complaints, and legal notices about these terms may be sent to legal@crewlogix.app. Personal-data requests should be sent to privacy@crewlogix.app.
