CrewLogix is a platform that connects customers, service vendors, and companies so that work can be requested, quoted, performed, tracked, and invoiced. Our business apps additionally help companies manage their own workforce, including shift schedules and attendance. CrewLogix provides the platform only; it is not a party to the service contracts formed directly between users, and it does not perform the services offered through the apps.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. Each business should maintain one account. Vendor and company accounts may be subject to verification by CrewLogix administrators before they can operate on the marketplace. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
A quote submitted by a vendor is a binding offer to perform the described work at the stated price. Completed work is invoiced through the platform. Ratings and reviews must reflect a genuine experience; fabricated, retaliatory, or incentivized reviews are prohibited.
Vendor Pro and Enterprise plans are auto-renewing subscriptions managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. They renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by the applicable store's refund policy. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your store account settings.
By using vendor or technician features that involve travelling to a job, you consent to sharing your live location with the counterparty on that job (the customer or company) while you are en route or the job is in progress. Location sharing stops automatically when the job ends, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of the photos and chat messages you submit. You grant CrewLogix a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display that content to the parties of the relevant job for the purpose of operating the service.
You agree not to misuse the platform, including by unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or infringing activity, or by attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrewLogix's aggregate liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid to CrewLogix in the twelve months preceding the claim, and CrewLogix is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. You agree to indemnify CrewLogix against claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account — you can do this directly from the Delete Account page. We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Questions about these terms can be sent to legal@crewlogix.app.
