Use roles and current server authorization to grant the access a teammate needs.

Authorized users of the selected workspace.

Permissions

  • Use your current account role; a Help link does not grant permission.

Workflow

  1. Open Staff and confirm the selected company and the teammate’s current membership status.
  2. Review Role Groups and assign only the capabilities needed for the work through your permitted controls.
  3. Ask the teammate to sign in and check the required feature. A visible navigation item does not override the server’s permission decision.
  4. Escalate credential management to the company owner or an active company admin. Delegated portal access alone does not allow API-key or OAuth-client management.

Expected outcome

Read the current saved state in the workspace after the permitted action; Help does not perform or verify the action.

Troubleshooting

The teammate receives 403
Have the owner review active membership and the exact operation’s required role. Do not share the owner’s session or credentials.
