  • Use your current account role; a Help link does not grant permission.

Workflow

  1. Sign in and confirm the selected company before opening its workspace.
  2. Follow the displayed verification and onboarding requirements. Complete your business profile and required documents.
  3. Review Profile and Branches for the correct business details and location.
  4. Ask the owner to assign the appropriate role group; then use Features to locate your permitted work.

Expected outcome

The correct workspace and its permitted workflows are visible.

Troubleshooting

The workspace is empty or belongs to another company
Check company selection and account verification before asking the owner to review your membership.
